You may not understand the relationship between title and category. But we don't always have to explain it in scientific language. Sometimes there are times when we feel very pessimistic, we have nights that never seem to end. But every night has a morning, despite all the darkness, the sun always rises.

Remember that the sun rises again every day, embrace that opportunity to try again. So embrace the journey and remember, we are all in this together.
