This image that we will examine is not only a shot but also a labour. The image has a state that draws us in as we look at it. Let's take a closer look.
This image, created by Bray Falls last year, was the result of patiently waiting for the Waterfall Object 1 and its nearest neighbours to reappear in the winter night sky so that we could show this nebula with its nearest neighbours. In this image, one can get a good idea of its size compared to the Seagull Nebula.
This image is a four-panel mosaic, shot with the L-extreme filter at about 2.5 hours per panel. Falling object 1 was created using a high-resolution image taken last year. For now, no one is sure about the true nature of falling object 1. Its unique shape and the star at its centre make it difficult to explain with known methods.
Isn't it a great labour?
