I like to eat healthy, I feel better when I eat healthy.
For example, I also love to eat candy in weird colours from the market, but I would directly exchange those candies for a huge fruit plate.
That's actually how my mum got me used to it.
Whenever I craved something sweet, she chopped fruit.
If there was no fresh fruit, she gave dried fruit.
That's why I think I like healthy eating more.
