Millions of stars shine brightly in the Hubble Space Telescope Classic image of the globular star cluster Omega Centauri. This image shows the cluster's core, which contains only 2 million stars. The entire cluster is home to 10 million stars.

Omega Centauri is about 17,000 light years away.
