FS Tau, pictured here by the Hubble Space Telescope, is a young multiple star system about 450 million light-years from us. The all-star responsible for this cosmic light show is FS Tau B, a nascent star (or protostar) living in the star system.
Protostars are known to rapidly eject energetic matter, as evidenced by FS Tau B's stream of blue matter gushing out of a nearby nebula.
Without Hubble, what would the world be without images like this one? You and your friends can find out in our first tabletop role-playing game, The Lost Universe. In this #TTRPG campaign, the Hubble disappears from Earth's timeline and you and your party aim to uncover what's gone missing.
